    • Tools: Third-party AI tools reviewed and listed on the site

    By using AI Mastery Hub, you commit to:

    • Consult content and reviews for personal use
    • Save tools in your personal collection
    • Submit AI tools for review (with paid plans)

    Prohibited Uses:

    • Copy, reproduce or distribute content without authorization
    • Use bots or automated systems to access the site
    • Upload illegal, offensive or harmful content
    • Attempt to violate site security
    • Impersonate other people or entities

    4. AI Tool Submissions

    By submitting a tool for review, you guarantee that:

    • You have authorization to promote the tool
    • The information provided is accurate and truthful
    • The tool does not violate laws or third-party rights
    • You accept the publication times indicated for each plan
    • AI Mastery Hub reserves the right to approve, reject or modify any submission

    5. Payments and Refunds

    Pricing

    Prices for tool submissions are available on the Submit Tool page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    Refund Policy

    • Full refund if the tool is rejected for reasons not dependent on the user
    • Partial refund (50%) if requested within 7 days of publication
    • No refund after 7 days of publication or for violation of terms

    6. Affiliate Links

    AI Mastery Hub participates in affiliate programs. When you click on certain links and purchase products/services, we may receive a commission.

    • Affiliate links are clearly indicated where possible
    • Commissions do not affect the price you pay
    • Reviews remain impartial and based on real tests

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on AI Mastery Hub (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright and is the property of AI Mastery Hub or their respective owners.

    By submitting content (reviews, comments), you grant AI Mastery Hub a non-exclusive license to use, modify and publish such content.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    AI Mastery Hub is not responsible for:

    • Operation, quality or security of third-party tools reviewed
    • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of recommended tools
    • Service interruptions or content errors
    • Economic losses resulting from decisions based on our content

    9. Applicable Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect at the time of publication on the site.
